883y Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules & User Agreement

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 883y platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or participating in any promotional offer, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all products and services on the 883y platform — casino games, live casino, sports betting, the game lobby and all promotional activities.

If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the 883y platform. Your continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirements

The 883y platform is available to individuals who:

• Are aged 18 years or older at the time of registration
• Are accessing the platform as a personal user and not on behalf of any third party
• Have not previously been excluded or permanently banned from the 883y platform
• Are registering and using the platform voluntarily, not under duress

883y reserves the right to request identity documentation to verify age at any stage — before or after a withdrawal request is made. Accounts where age cannot be confirmed will be restricted pending verification. Any winnings accumulated on an account that is found to belong to a minor will be forfeited and the account permanently closed.

3 Account Registration and Security

Each individual may register one 883y account only. Duplicate accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current personal information. 883y may request updated information at any time and your continued access to the platform is conditional on the information on your account remaining accurate.

You are solely responsible for:

• The security and confidentiality of your username and password
• All activity that occurs on your account while logged in, including bets placed and withdrawals requested
• Notifying 883y immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
• Logging out of your account on shared or public devices

883y will never request your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. If you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and report it immediately.

Account sharing — allowing another person to access and operate your account — is prohibited. All betting, deposits and withdrawals must be initiated and carried out by the registered account holder personally.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

All deposits on 883y are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods:

• JazzCash mobile wallet
• Easypaisa mobile wallet
• Raast instant bank transfer
• Direct bank transfer
• Debit and credit cards
• Other supported mobile wallets as displayed during the deposit flow

Deposits are credited to your 883y balance promptly after confirmation by the payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is displayed during the deposit process and may vary by payment method. 883y does not charge a fee for standard PKR deposits, though your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their own transaction charges — this is outside 883y's control.

All funds deposited must originate from payment accounts that legally belong to the registered 883y account holder. Depositing funds from third-party accounts is prohibited and will result in suspension pending investigation.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on 883y are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed during the withdrawal request process. 883y does not charge a fee on standard PKR withdrawals.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, 883y may require:

• Identity verification documentation (CNIC copy or equivalent)
• Proof of the payment method being used
• Completion of any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds

Processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within the platform's standard processing window. Bank transfers follow standard interbank clearing timelines which are outside 883y's control. Withdrawal requests submitted outside business hours may be processed on the next working day.

883y reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests above certain PKR thresholds. These checks are standard practice and are not an indication of account restriction. Providing documentation promptly speeds up the process.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

883y offers a range of promotional offers to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets and cashback offers. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived funds or free bet winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier is stated on the individual promotion page.
• Eligible games — not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Some game categories (such as live casino or sports betting) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Eligible games and contribution rates are listed per promotion.
• Minimum odds — sports betting bonuses may specify a minimum odds requirement (e.g. decimal 1.50) for bets to count toward wagering requirements.
• Time limits — all bonuses have an expiry period from the date of activation. Unused bonus funds or incomplete wagering after the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• One bonus per player — unless explicitly stated otherwise, each bonus offer is limited to one per player per household.

883y reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Attempting to exploit bonus terms through systematic betting patterns, low-risk wagering strategies intended to clear requirements without normal play risk, or any form of bonus abuse will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account suspension.

7 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on 883y — including cricket, PSL, T20, football, Esports and all other markets — are subject to the following rules:

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed, the stake and odds are locked in and cannot be changed.
• Bets placed on void markets (abandoned matches, events cancelled before minimum play requirements are met) will have stakes returned in full.
• Where a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) result is declared in cricket, the match is considered complete for betting purposes and bets settle on the DLS result.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to win. Where one leg of an accumulator is void, the accumulator continues with the remaining legs at adjusted odds.
• Live / in-play bets accepted before an event result becomes materially certain are settled on the final event outcome. Obvious errors in live odds resulting from data feed issues may be voided at 883y's discretion.
• Bets placed after an event has concluded, or where the result is already known at the time of placement, will be voided.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per event may apply. These are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation.

883y reserves the right to limit bet sizes for individual players or markets without providing a reason. Matched betting, arbitrage betting and use of betting bots or automated software is prohibited and will result in account action.

8 Casino and Game Rules

All casino games in the 883y game lobby — including slots, table games, fishing games, crash titles, arcade formats and live casino — use certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live dealer feeds provided by the respective game providers (Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Evolution, Spribe and others).

• Game outcomes are determined by the provider's systems and are not influenced by 883y independently of that provider certification.
• Each game's Return to Player (RTP) figure and volatility information are available in the game's information panel before play begins.
• In the event of a game error, disconnection during a round, or technical failure that prevents a round completing normally, 883y will investigate and resolve the affected round based on provider logs. Incomplete rounds are generally refunded at the stake amount.
• Free spins and bonus rounds activated within a game are subject to that game's own rules as set by the provider — not separate 883y rules.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits per game are displayed in the game interface.

Live casino tables on 883y are streamed from certified studio environments. In the event of a live dealer table interruption, open bets are settled based on available table data at the point of interruption or refunded if no result can be determined.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 883y platform and will result in immediate account action up to and including permanent closure:

• Registering more than one account per person
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete personal information during registration or verification
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting or any systematic strategy designed to eliminate normal betting risk
• Abusing bonus offers through low-risk wagering patterns or coordinated play between accounts
• Depositing funds from payment methods that do not belong to the registered account holder
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes
• Collusion between multiple players to exploit casino games or sports markets
• Sharing account access with another person
• Any form of money laundering or use of the platform to process proceeds of illegal activity

Where prohibited conduct is identified, 883y reserves the right to suspend the account, void affected bets and bonuses, and withhold the balance pending investigation. Severe cases will be reported to relevant financial crime authorities.

10 Responsible Gaming

883y takes responsible gaming seriously and provides tools to help players manage their entertainment activity. The following tools are available in account settings:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit caps on your account
• Session time reminders — receive notifications after a set period of active play
• Self-exclusion — request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the platform

The 883y platform is for entertainment only. Gambling should never be used as a source of income and should always be funded from discretionary entertainment budget — not from money needed for essential expenses. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. Once a self-exclusion is in place, 883y will make reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded account from being accessed. Attempting to create a new account during a self-exclusion period is a breach of these terms.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

883y may suspend or close an account at its discretion in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or use of the platform for illegal purposes
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe
• At the player's own request (including self-exclusion)
• Dormancy — accounts with no login activity for an extended period may be marked inactive

Where an account is suspended for investigation, the balance is held securely and will be released upon resolution if no breach is confirmed. Where a breach is confirmed, balances may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the nature of the breach, particularly where bonus abuse or fraud is involved.

Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may contact 883y support. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method following standard verification.

12 Privacy and Data Handling

883y collects personal information during account registration and verification for the purpose of operating the platform, processing payments, and complying with relevant regulations. This includes name, date of birth, contact details and payment method information.

883y does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only where required to process payments (with payment service providers), prevent fraud, or comply with legal obligations. 13 Limitation of Liability

883y provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While the team works to maintain continuous service, 883y does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for losses arising from:

• Platform downtime for maintenance or due to factors outside 883y's control
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers
• Technical errors in third-party game provider software
• Loss of data due to circumstances beyond 883y's reasonable control

In all cases, 883y's maximum liability to a player in connection with any single event or series of related events is limited to the net deposit value that player has contributed in the relevant period. 883y is not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages of any kind.

14 Changes to Terms and Conditions

883y reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the platform's standard communication channels. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Continued use of the 883y platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with any revised terms, you should cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.
